The home improvements are officially done ... now we've started looking for a crib and changing table. I have to say, they all look like little prisons to me ... and they're unreasonably expensive ... I would say, 'Who spends $500-$1000 on a crib set for a newborn?' but apparently more than a few people b/c the average price of a brand new crib is over $200 ... I, however, will not be spending that much. I refuse. It's an obscene waste of money, in my opinion. So, Craigslist to the rescue!

I've been very stressed out in the last 2 weeks. A number of things - not all pregnancy related - but all life related ... I guess if it wasn't life related, it wouldn't be stressing me out. I've lost some weight, which is at the top of the list. I'm not trying, but every day I swear I am a little smaller ... so, the Doppler 'Stork Radio' thing that my parents got us has been being put to use often. This morning Dustin even said I look considerably smaller than I did just a week ago... We don't have insurance, so I am praying and trying to rest on believing God's got this and everything will be ok ... These are from today - I'm 27 weeks and 2 days ...

And that's it for now. I'm working on a commission painting - hoping to have it done today or tomorrow - and some art for our house ... I need to start on the 2 canvases for Asher's room and Thanksgiving is tomorrow ... then Black Friday, which we will be braving for the first time on purpose - I accidentally went out a couple years ago and instantly regretted it - to hopefully get all of our Christmas shopping done ... we are putting up the tree this weekend and will probably do lights on the house next week or next weekend ... so much to do, so little time ...
